grad school, politics, knitting and other meanderings. And not enough time for any of it.

knit me more time...

what i have on needles right now:

- I've almost finished a shrug for Jo. Well, it is finished, but she wants to cuffs looser- so I am going to frog them and rework them with no decrease stitches. I'm making this with a marigold colored Donegal Tweed on size 8 needles. - I am also nearly done with my hooded sweater. I have half the front and the hood left to knit. This one is from the Stitch and Bitch book and is knit with Harrisville yarn on size 8 needles. - I started a beautiful tank top for myself with Tahki cotten ribbon yarn. It is like nothing else in my wardrobe- which I guess is cool because some people say all my clothes are similar just in different colors. So, this tank is a beautiful mix of creams and light greens. I am very excited it is knitting up fast on size 13 needles! - Not on needles anymore- but I still have the lining to sew in and the strap to make for my large striped knitting bag. Not so bad for right now... I am itching to start my orange Peace Fleece cardigan- but I have to finish these products first.
