grad school, politics, knitting and other meanderings. And not enough time for any of it.

six feet under

I'm home from work now. I went in to work at Borders on short notice because they needed someone to help out with changing the listening stations. This is one of my favorite borders tasks- especially when I am not responsible for doing it all myself like at my last store. So it was fun stress free work. Our cable was fixed today so we have to catch up on the episode of Six Feet Under that we missed this weekend. I love the show- my parents are also hooked on it. When they came to visit us last summer we re-watched the entire first season with them in a week. Now they are working through the second season (they watch them on DVD b/c they don't have hbo). Yeah that's about it. Not a very exciting day at all. Well, Jo did get a really awesome cute and sexy haircut today. If my poll is working below you can vote in it. I was having trouble with the javascript before so I am surprised to come home and find it working. And I don't really mind who reads this blog- knit wit is not my real name anyway so who knows who I really am, right? And I make a point (as my parents taught me well) never to blog about anything I wouldn't say publicly anyways.
